I whiten all my RV plastic fixture with peroxide
Plastics and vinyl yellow with age. There is little that can bring it back if age is what it yellowed from.
probably 'plastic' surfaces ... don't use an abrasive or corrosive cleanser -- it can damage the surface and lead to further discoloration.
