How do I clean a leather sofa and club chair?
Our club chair and sofa are red leather. It is a protected leather set about 10 years old. Any idea how to clean it, but not harm the protection.

Saddle soap and a leather condition.
You could try saddle soap or a good leather cleaner. Test it in a spot before you use it that won't be visible to make sure it will not change the color. Always do a leather conditioner after cleaning to keep the leather moisturized and supple. By now the protector may be gone, but regular cleaning with a product for leather and conditioning will keep it looking wonderful for years.
After cleaning with saddle soap, you must reseal the leather using a leather cream. Rub in thoroughly and let sit for about an hour. Come back with a soft cloth and buff.
