How do I add fabric softener to a wash?
I have a downy ball that I have used for quite awhile. When it stops releasing softener I replace with a new one. Is there any ideas on something else I could do to omit using a downy ball? I use Snuggle Super Fresh In Wash Booster with every load and Bounce dryer sheets, because I love having my clothes smelling great. I don't have a dispenser on my machine. Any ideas would be great. I have used all other scent boosters but have found this one I love the best. I use Snuggle fabric softener also. Thanks,Char

Hi Char,
The link below is similar to my method. I have seen a lot of people doing this to use as dryer sheets. I don't know anyone who uses fabric softener in both the washer and the dryer, but I'm thinking that you could probably create the same thing for the washer. I hope this helps. Happy New Year!

Hi Char, if you are using a top load you can always just try to catch the rinse cycle, maybe you could clean up the downey ball so it works
I'm not always able to catch rinse cycle that's why I use downy ball. I like using both softener and dryer sheets just because of the extra softness and scent. Just wondering if any tricks out there to do besides downy ball or waiting/catching rinse cycle
