How can I allow pictures in frames on wall to be easily switched out?

I want to use old window frames, up on my walls, and add photos behind the panes--- but, I want the photos to be easily switched out! What is the easiest way, to accomplish this?

Hanging window frames on hooks will facilitate removal from wall. Alternatively, suspend window frames from hinges, to swing sideways, like a shutter.
