A stiff putty knife and a hammer. Pry the tiles off the wall with the putty knife. Use the hammer to get the putty knife behind the tiles. There will be some damage to the wall that can be patched with drywall patching compound. If you don't care about saving the tiles just use the hammer and break them off.
