Vinegar will easily dissolve water spots caused from minerals in the water. HERE is a post showing the cleaning power of vinegar I wrote. Another tip to keep it clean is we use a squeegee, LIKE THIS ONE in our shower to clean down the door, walls and floor every time we finish showering.

There is a no scrub product "wet & forget shower" that works well over time. If you don't want to wait for it to work, it's excellent for maintenance.
SuperCloth is a microfiber cloth that is fantastic are cleaning any type of glass surface. Norwex also has a good cloth but it is a bit more expensive.
Clean with a foaming spray and a squeegee. I prefer Lysol Power Bathroom Cleaner in the trigger spray blue bottle.
