How to clean out antique spice bottles?
I have antique glass spice bottles I would like to repurpose however, they still contain spices from their origination (yuck). They also still have the labels (paper?) on them that I want to preserve. Any ideas on how to clean inside without damaging original paper labels??? Appreciate any advice :-)

Perhaps you could put plastic wrap around the outside of the bottle and tape it around the top, then pour soapy water into the bottle and let it soak for a couple of hours.
Thank you Faith :-) Awesome and so simple :-) again, thanks so much for taking the time to answer :-)
If the opening is large enough to get in a finger and a chunk of magic eraser, put dawn soap on the chunk and swill that baby around inside. Good luck
If you are preserving the labels (which is awesome!), you may want to Mod Podge them before wrapping them. Be sure to the let the Mod Podge completely dry before wrapping them.
