How can I remove paint?

How can I remove paint that got on my shower wall and dried? It is latex semi gloss. Without damaging the finish.

With a latex paint, you should be able to gently scrape it off with a blunt plastic object. Something like a spackle spatula or similar.
Fingernail polish remover might work, but I am not sure.
Try softening it with water. Wet some thin cotton dish towels with hot water and place them over the paint splatters. After about 20 minutes check and see if you can scratch the paint off using your fingernail. You didn't say what material your wall is. If you have acrylic shower walls go slow and don't use anything sharp or abrasive. You can also try putting some WD40 on a soft cloth and rubbing it over the paint splatters.
