No remover. Use a green kitchen scrubby to scuff up the surface for paint. Don't need to get every nook and cranny. Rustoleum 2X spray paint. Several light coats will get you a smooth finish.
You could spray paint it: http://makeityours.co.uk/how-to-guide/how-to-paint-a-wicker-basket/
I would use spray paint. There are so many colors and it's a great way to get into all the tiny spots.
Hi Connie. Here is a great tutorial https://www.wickerwoman.com/articles/painting-wicker
I'd recommend using spray paint on wicker. That will be the best way to get it covered well. Use a spray paint with primer in it and that will help it hold up well and cover!
