It looks like you're asking about a specific project. Projects are created by Hometalk members like you and me and, here at general question forum, we don't know which project you saw. The best thing for you to do is to ask the person who created the project in the Ask Question section for that page. Having said that, most projects done on tile are done on glazed tile. Unfortunately, without knowing which project you saw, I can't say for sure. I hope you are able to ask the original creator. Wishing you the best.
