How to hide a pool filter?

Looking to hide this very hideous area. Thinking of a portable coat rack that you use when you have company. Bc it has wheels and can be moved easily.We still have to access all the equipment..daily …maybe cover rack with a solid fabric as not to draw attention to it like I am now with my flags .lol. Just stuck them there to get an idea..
there’s no ground in front of area to stick anything in and like I said need to have room for access.
