you would have to replace the entire panel.
I'd just replace the panel if you could.
I think you could try filling the hole with wood putty and painting it to match the floor. Nothing lost if it doesn't work.
To replace that board is kinda a big deal. Since it snaps together, you need to remove all the other boards from the wall to where this one is and snap in a new one then replace all the others. It can be done, but not a quick job. Another option is to blend in that little edge with some laminate floor filler to blend it in. Here is the repair kit needed for that.
Try to repair with the kit Simple Decorating tips suggests. If that doesn't work you will need to replace the board/panel. One of the reasons I loathe laminate flooring.
To replace a board just cut down the center of the damaged board and pop it out, Cut the tongue off the replacement board. Apply some construction adhesive and pop in the new one.
