Use only a lightly dampened mop or swiffer pad. Dry completely with a soft clean cloth. For spills of milk, coffee, immediately wipe up using a damp towel. You may need to scrub a dried spill, again using only a dampened cloth. Always dry these floors, completely. Home humidity should not be above 40%. Always use kitchen exhaust fan when cooking to avoid introducing additional moisture.

We recently had our stairs redone. The guy told us to use Bona on our engineered hardwoods upstairs (we'd been using murphys oil soap)
