My son is a professional window cleaner. He has some very long poles he uses. You might check a strip mall to see who cleans their Windows. If it is an individual, they are usually very reasonable. He does a lot of gas stations and tire shops, so check around.

You need a telescoping pole that reaches up to 25 feet. They are generally available at Ace Hardware stores.
