Try soaking with sliced lemons.

Hi Merna,
I would try a magic eraser on the ceramic. I pick them up at the Dollar Tree (the generic brand works great fyi). I have used one in the past to removed build up on my Le Creuset caste iron dutch oven. The sponges are incredibly abrasive so you need to be cautious when using them. However, I got personally great results.

I use hot water, vinegar and baking soda. use half water and half vinegar to soak in the pot, and add baking soda. It will fizz. Let soak overnight, then sprinkle baking soda and salt onto a scrubbie to remove the softened burnt material.
Thank you for suggestions. I will try them A::.
