Hi CC,
Since you have gone through many chemicals, you might have to call in a plumber.
They are the last resort in my book if I can't solve or fix it myself.
Have you tried a plunger? Be sure to cover up the overflow drain with your hand so air can't leak through!
You probably need to snake it out. This is one time I would call in a plumber since you don't know how old the rest of the plumbing/other equipment is. On an older home there are so many variables that it would be worth it to get a second opinion. You don't have to commit until you get all of the estimates.
