How to remove contact paper from kitchen cabinets?

    You can also use a bow dryer to soften the adhesive and peel it off. Goo Gone to remove adhesive residue.

    I once had to remove contact paper from a desk that I found at a thrift store. I tore off what I could and used a blow dryer to help with the rest. Goo gone worked great on getting rid of adhesive that was left behind.

    I agreed the blow dryer works well.Done that inside some cabinets.

    I would tear it off and then use Lemon Essential Oil to get off any remaining glue. Just a couple drops and you can wipe away the glue with a towel.
