Hi Becky, are you trying to save the wall paper or remove both the texture and the wall paper?
Hope your not trying to save the wallpaper! What ever you use will also remove or affect the wallpaper.
Scraping off and a steamer have worked for me.
You likely won’t be able to salvage the wallpaper if you remove what’s on it. Your best bet is to remove both and start over to achieve the best results.
