Try pouring baking soda in the trap then add 1/2 c of vinegar and let sit for a while. It could be coming from the p-trap under the sink.
Check for leaks at toilet, sink and listen for leaks.
DampRid will remove excess moisture from the air which should take care of the smell. However, you need to find the source of the moisture to permanently solve the issue.
Do you leave wet towels around after bathing? Do you have drapes/curtains that get wet when you shower or bathe? Are your bath mats damp? If not any of these, I would check the p-trap under the sink or tub or shower. Shouldn't smell musty though....a p-trap, when dry, will smell more like sewer. Is there a window in your bathroom? Does the smell go away if you open the window for a bit? Hope you find the problem.
