How to repair rubber on the hose of my pet vacuum?
My pet vacuum has worn out the rubber piece on the hose is there anything I can use instead of buying a new hose?

I can't visualize your exact problem but when I have any kind of problem like you're describing, I first try duct tape. I use duct tape a lot for many things so see if that will work before you buy a new hose. Wishing you the best!
Electrical tape would be more flexible than duct tape.
Gorilla tape would work as well! if you google the brand name and model of your pet vac you will find the replacement hose and prices it may be worth while to replace the hose if you use a lot and the vac itself is still in good shape
Duct tape has some good holding power.
