A very weak bleach solution may work but bleach is inherently damaging to fabrics and they can degrade over time. Rit Color Remover is a pretty safe product you might consider using
Just wash with bleach. Might have to do this more than once.
Try soaking them in 1/3 bottle of hydrogen peroxide to one gallon hot water for a couple hours then launder as usual. Hydrogen cleans whites, safer than bleach.
Depending on the fabric, chlorine bleach will either fade the color unevenly, yellow the fabric or even put holes in it. Use the dye remover or even soak in white vinegar or lemon juice and put in the sun. Just leaving in the sun for a few days will significantly lighten the color
