Hi, mix 1 part white vinegar with 1 part grease-fighting dish soap in a spray bottle. Spray your plastic/glass door, and close to allow the solution to set and drip back into the shower. Use a cloth to scrub the surface by hand after about 20-30 minutes, and let dry

It may be etched from hard water deposits. Try toothpaste, not gel and an old rough wash cloth. If that doesn't help, call the manufacturer since it is new. In fact, do that first.
Wet & forget shower is an amazing no scrub product. Used weekly, it will clean and keep clean your surfaces. You might want to use 2x a week in the beginning to speed the process.
