How can I remove scratches on my ceramic stop stove?

Only one burner is scratched and I don't know how it happened!

Hi, You could use Ceramic Hob cleaner, or Toothpaste or Metal Polish. Best of luck!
You can’t but you could get a polish to make it look less noticeable.
