How do I keep water outside for my large dog?
No matter what I’ve used, she turns the container over and runs off with it. I even put a rick the size of a small watermelon in the bowl. Didn’t matter!hell please.

Oh dear, is there any way you can tie the water bowl to a tree or the garden tap Fran? If it's a plastic bowl with a wide lip around the edge, you could drill a hole in the lip and thread string or wire through the hole before tying it down.
Use one of those bundt cake pan that you can pound a stick down through the middle right into the ground. Should work.
How about one of those small baby pools? Or put a ball in water, could be the pup is bored and is looking for entertainment.

seems like your dog likes to play in water. I like the suggestion of child's pool.maybe weigh it down with a couple of large rocks. i got stainless water fountains for my cats.
