What kind of tile?

I use Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner and swear by it as it does an excellent job for me. I have tried many recommendations and they have not worked. The cleaner is a gel so I put a small blob in the corner of 4 tiles and then use a toothbrush to move it along the grout lines. Let sit for about 10-15 minutes and then use the brush again. Use a sponge dipped in warm water and some vinegar to remove the soap residue. After that go over the whole floor with a mop or steamer with a mix of water and vinegar.
If you need something to get your grout white again try a baking soda and peroxide paste.
Just a fyi, once cleaned be sure to seal with tile/grout sealer so you don't have to work so hard next time.
