I daily clean my cabinets with OrangeGlo. For a degreaser, I use GP66 or Fuller - both are safe to use on wood and in the kitchen. Sometimes I scrub with a paste of baking soda & cleaning vinegar with a child's toothbrush.
You should have an exhaust fan that is ducted outside and run the fan whenever cooking. If not, use a degreaser spray like Simple Green or similar. Do it often to prevent build-up.
Vinegar & Dawn dish soap.
I use a mix of vinegar and water.
Buy a cheap degreaser. $1 at Dollar Tree.
I use a citrus oxi based cleaner that works real well, then I rinse it off with vinegar.
