I would wipe them down with a Heavy Duty Mr; Clean Magic Eraser followed by a wiping with Windex using a soft t-shirt.
GP66 or Fuller degreaser are both safe for wood & kitchen use without removing the finish.
Mix warm water with dish liquid and baking soda which is a great grease remover. Wipe after with a dry cloth to bring back the sheen. Cabinet Magic brings back some life to old wood.
I use a product you can buy at Home depot called Krud Kutter. It works great removing grease on kitchen cabinets, we use it before painting. It is also safe for the environment.
