I agree with Jason. You don't. You need pros. They must meet building codes. A structural engineer determines the type of foundation, concrete density, structural density, etc., for the structure.

I also agree with Jason. A house is too important to not use a professional. You want a home to last for a lifetime of several families over the years. It's not a DIY project. Good luck.
