Soak in vinegar will remove cloudiness, but they could be etched.
Sounds like you need to clean the dishwasher too. A cup of vinegar in the top rack on short hot cycle then sprinkle baking soda on the bottom and run another hot cycle. In the future add 1 drop of blue Dawn in your dispenser before detergent to prevent cloudiness.
They say never to place your crystal ware in your dishwasher. Try soaking them in warm water and vinegar to see if that helps.
I'd try a mixture of soda/ vinegar. Never put your crystal glasses in the dishwasher. Always wash by hand. My mother got some in 1955 when we lived in Greece and they have never been in the dishwasher, they are just as beautiful today as when new. If we used for iced tea, she would use baking soda on a damp rag to wash so they wouldn't turn brown.
It's not always easy. Here's what I've tried. https://www.exquisitelyunremarkable.com/2018/02/how-to-remove-cloudy-film-from-glass.html
