They are my living room windows and are so bad you can't see out of them very good.
After cleaning them, just use a paper towel to which you've added a drop or two of vegetable oil of any kind and rub the steel lightly with the paper towel. Don't use very much...just a drop or so and you'll be amazed at how great the steel will look. Give it a try.
