That was my thought too! They are really handy and nice to have in good weather but are bulky when it comes to storage. If you have a large storage area, you are lucky.
What I would do is attach the table top with a latch fixture so it is removable at the end of the season. Then the tomato cages are stackable and the tops can be stored together.
Remove the table tops and simply stack the tomato cages inside each other. Stack the round tops as well. They rounds likely only need attached in two to three places for use. Rethink how they are attached to the tomato cages and you'll be set.
We made a few for a party. We just stored them in the rafters in the garage. Purchased a sheet of plywood and nailed it to the rafters. Lots of stuff up there. When we get the next earthquake, we will see how well we did with securing the items.
