Take a container big enough to hold the screen and fill it with very warm water, add blue dawn dishsoap and some vinegar, let them soak and do a hot water rinse, let dry and put them back in. You can also clean your hood with this solution.

I put mine in dishwasher. Works great
Putting it in the dishwasher is a slam-dunk. No elbow grease required. You can put it in with your other regular items, and use heavy duty cycle.
