Hi there. Cindy here. Begin by pressure washing your fence. That will remove any dirt on the surface. Allow a few days to dry completely. Then stain or paint with color of your choice. You can use either roller and paint brush, or a paint sprayer. You can purchase all of these supplies at your local home improvement store. I recommend that you watch your weather forecast for a 4 to 5 day window, with no rain, to do this work.
scrape, dry brush, condition with oil based primer, let cure, paint with 2 full coats oil based exterior paint.
