How do I scrub moss out of brick patio

Use it at a low pressure setting so that you don't damage the mortar.
Brick is soft and porous. I would avoid a pressure washer, unless the brick is really filthy. I'd use a good cleaner with a not-too-stiff brush, then hose down with a garden hose.
