If you want a sculpture of 3 hands, you could used the instructions that Flipturn found but instead of drying them flat, you prop them into the position you want for the final product. Since they might be fragile and hard to pull off the gloves, I'd pay attention to the use of pipe cleaners and also let the concrete dry a little until it will hold it's shape. You also might have trouble removing all of the glove between the hands, but you could cut it off so that it doesn't show.
Another way is to create Alginate, which is what dentists use for molds. Here's a tutorial about how to make a hand mold that way.
