Soda bottles as a filler for containers, prescription bottles?

  • If you are planting non edible items, sure, toss them in to use as a filler. If a tall planter, I would still add a few rocks or bricks to the bottom of the container so that it is not top heavy and fall over in the wind.

    Watch how many you use as filters in pots, you want to make sure that you have enough soil for your roots to grow big and strong so you have a healthy plant. Prescription bottles are really good for storing small craft, sewing and office supplies. I use them for pins of any kind, tacks, paperclips, sequins, glitter, buttons, and lots more.

    Yes why not foam is good to
