I'd like to know the best way to paint my kitchen cabinets that's easy and without sanding. Also what paint would you advise I use?I'm going from dark brown to white.

We painted our dark brown cabinets white on the uppers and red on the bottoms, we used Amy Howard One Step paint, it's chalk paint, and then we sealed it with minwax poly. It turned out gorgeous and has been holding up for 2 years so far with no peeling or cracking. The key to using it is to clean the cabinets well. We used mean green 20% with 80% water, scrubbed them really well. No sanding, but we had no damage on them, if you have a rough spot you may have to smooth it out. Then we rinsed the cabinets with plain water to make sure all the cleanser was removed. Then painted. This is how ours turned out. https://littlesproutslearning.co/impossibly-tiny-kitchen-11-ways-make-work/
