How to clean hardwater build up on bathtub drain?
I have a bathtub drain that is covered with hard-water build up, Is it possible to clean without having to replace the drain itself? The drain is plastic.....any help would be appreciated!

It is a thick layer of minerals that have build up inside my bathtub for years
Pour white vinegar in your tub with the drain closed. Leave it sit for a while and scrub around every little while to break up the loose build up
I would try Diet Coke on that too, or try scrubbing it with Ajax or Comet. If that does not work buy a new one.
