When can I put a container of elephant ear & canna bulbs in a pond?
When planting elephant ear and canna bulbs: Do I need to wait till they come up if I want to put the container they are in into a goldfish pond?

Do you plan on sinking the containers in the water? If so, I think you better check with your nursery to see if Cannas and Elephant Ears are full water plants. I don't think either of them are.
I don't think either are full water but I might be mistaken. My parents have elephants ear right by their pond planted in the ground and it is gorgeous!
