How do I remove adhesive from concrete left over after pulling up rug?
I want to remove outdoor carpet on the front steps. What can I use to remove leftover adhesive? There is concrete under the carpet. Suggestions?

Paint stripper if all else fails.
Try cleaning with muriatic acid which is generally used for cleaning concrete surface. Be sure to protect your skin and eyes if you use this. Once loosened try a square shovel or a roof shingle remover to scrape the residue off.
