How do I upcycle/repair a pleather couch?
Our couch is peeling and the pleather looks like it has eczema. Is there any way to repair it easily? Or is a re-cover my only option?

In my experience, once the bonded leather has started peeling, it has reached the point to where it's not repairable. You can have the couch reupholstered, use a slip cover, or peel off the remaining leather and paint the fabric underneath with chalk paint. I chose to sew slipcovers for a couple of "leather" armless chairs using drop cloths.
