What color should I paint a walk-in closet?
I want to paint my walk in closet. It is connected to the bathroom. Do I paint it to match the bathroom? The bathroom is a medium blue and I think it will be too dark. Also I may repaint the bathroom down the road. Should I treat it as a separate space?

I paint mine a bright white. My closets do not have lights and I want to be able to find items in the dark.
I would treat it as a separate space and paint it a very light (white) color. You want to be able to see the color of your clothes.
Yes, I'd treat it as a separate space. Truth is, the walk-in closet won't have much, if any wall space showing once the clothes etc. are moved in. I like my closets white to not mess up how the colors on my clothes read when I'm picking out what to wear, as well as to offer as much light in the space as possible.
I would go light in the closet! A lighter shade of the blue you have in the bathroom might look nice!
