How do I clean oxidized windows??
They are my living room windows and are so bad you can't see out of them very good.
Turn on your garden hose and rinse down the shutters thoroughly.
Dip a mop into the bucket of warm water and detergent. Rub the entire surface area of each shutter thoroughly. Do not allow the cleaning solution to dry. Use the hose to rinse the shutters at one window, before moving on to the next.
Wipe the shutters with a clean microfiber mop. This eliminates any lingering marks.

I like the microfiber cleaning tool you can pick up for under $10. WalMart and Amazon have them.
