Hi, I used Kilz in my bathroom and it has worked great. Look at the different labels of their paint I think one is marked for extra moisture areas. I'm saying think because it has been some time since I painted mine as they have held up so well.
I would prime with Mold Killing Zinzer or Kilz. It’s going to be pricey, so look for it on-sale.

Matt finish or flat finish paints will fail.
Prime with Kilz primer and bathroom paint. Has midewcides in it.
Also invest in a high CFM exhaust fan. Look for at least 80 CFM and low Sones.
