Hi Isabel, sorry you have white stains on your pool tiles. Hope this is Helpful.
Spray the pool tiles with the muriatic acid mixture. Use a nonabrasive scouring pad to remove the hard waterstains. Do not attempt to clean the tiles from inside the pool. Although you use muriatic acid in your poolwater to help maintain the chemical balance of yourpool, you are still working with a diluted acid.Dec 29, 2018

Hi Isabel, I would first try a 50/50 vinegar and water mix applied and let stand for about 15 minutes. Wipe away and see if that works for you. The vinegar will help dissolve any mineral buildup which is probably what the spots are. Hope this helps!
You could also try hydrogen peroxide

Sounds like efflorescence from water bringing minerals up from the cement. If its not too bad, I would use a soft brush and a bit of vinegar, or very diluted muriatic acid.... be sure to wear eye protection and rubber gloves.
