When my family’s dog pees on the floor, we use an enzymatic floor cleaner - Nature’s Miracle - to clean it. You can get it in the pet section of most stores or at the pet store.
For sanitation purposes, hospitals use Lysol which you can get at Dollar Tree. Ammonia is another good one, I get the Lemon Ammonia.
Many pet owners use Nature's Miracle available at major chain stores and Pet stores. It is an enzymatic action product that works very well for this problem.
