An epoxy cement can work. Being careful to not apply too much and then tape it down to dry.
The cracks can then be filled with a vinyl upholstery repair kit from an auto parts store.
If there’s many places that need repair, it’s time to look at partial re-upholstery.
Glue first, then Amway floor polish. Use it carefully. Use a marker to recolor the places where the coloring is changed or off. The floor polish will help the scratches blend back in.

You can where it will look good.,I've been in the upholstery business for 48 years and there's no way to do it to look right. It needs to be recovered or reaplace.
