If it’s in the flooring cracks, you’ll need to consider what’s below the flooring before saturating the cracks.
I use vinegar in a spray bottle. Make sure you put plenty down around the bottom of the toilet, where it sites. That may be where a lot of the smell comes from and can't get washed away when cleaning the outside of the toilet bowl and the floor. Let it dry on its own and it should take care of it within one or two good sprays all around it. If necessary, you can repeat it until gone. Once dry and the vinegar smell is gone give it the sniff test. The vinegar will also be a good antibacterial and fungal treatment of the area.
One thing I'd suggest is cleaning the floor around the toilet and the area behind the toilet. I found someone had peed rather indelicately and sprayed around the toilet, which was causing the smell. Hope this helps!
Use Peroxide to clean around the the floor of the toilet. Be sure to get behind the toilet also.
