Is it inside or out?
I painted this faux brick floor when I pulled up the carpet and realized I wouldn't be able to stain the concete. I used 3 slightly different colored paints, an extra large sponge, and acrylic paint to add the extra colors to make the brick more authentic. I sealed with concrete sealer. The grout lines are the original concrete slab.
You don't need specialty applicators and artistic ability to paint a faux-brick wall. You can use a common household sponge to create the fake bricks.
