Hello. This can be a frequent consideration if you have someone blessed with curly long hair like we do.
Even though we have an auger, most commonly we find that our drains need to be physically fished out. Either using an unbent hanger as a refashioned hook or plastic barbed tool from the dollar store to explore the drain obstruction.
Fishing out the blockage with that in -our experience— to partially involve hair seems to most readily alleviate stoppage in our sinks and shower drains.

In addition to the hair remover shown in another comment, I've used regular Liquid Plumr. It says it is safe for septic systems (in case you have one) and will quickly unclog the drain. I hope this helps!
You can pour boiling hot water very slowly down the drain. Let it sit for a few minutes and then plunge it. If all else fails, try liquid plumber.
Use a plunger and hot water it will flush out your stopped up drain
